BVI Now A Part Of Airbnb

The British Virgin Islands (BVI) have signed on to a Memorandum of Understanding with the Airbnb movement.

The territory will now join several other Caribbean countries involved in the home sharing arrangement such as Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, the Bahamas, Cayman Islands and others.

Sharon Flax Brutus, the BVI’s director of tourism, said that the Airbnb properties present the country with a worthwhile opportunity to showcase the culture and lifestyle of the Caribbean island.
