Accident In St. David Claims A Life
Grenada recorded its eight road fatality for the year when a vehicular accident claimed the life of a Taxi driver on Saturday morning.
Fifty-nine year old Raymond Strachan, also known as “Chow Chow” and “Panko”, succumbed to injuries after his vehicle collided with a mini-bus and ran off a cliff in Berrotte, St. David.
Mr. Strachan is known for plying the Number 4 bus route, Perdmontemps and Beaton. Police pronounced the taxi driver dead at the scene. An autopsy and toxicology report have been ordered into the casualty.
