Increase In Lifeguards At Grand Anse beach
The Tourism Minister, Dr Clarice Modest has revealed that more lifeguards will be placed at the Grand Anse.
The announcement was made on Tuesday, Sept 25th during the government’s press briefing.
It was also revealed that all the necessary equipment needed for the lifeguard service would be made available to the new and older staff. Additional training will also take place to make sure the lifeguards know and can perform the latest techniques.
The Grand Anse beach is a relatively large area, so the need for more lifeguards is a welcome move, says Minister Modest.
