TRAINING IN SMALL HOTELS PROGRAMME


The Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation and the Grenada Tourism Authority, has just completed three batches of training in customer service excellence for frontline staff and supervisory management.

The programme was designed to strengthen the overall service delivery, by providing the requisite skills and techniques.

 The first two days of training focused on customer service excellence for frontline staff while the last two days focused on supervisory management.The customer service training focused primarily on a positive service attitude, professionalism, solid work ethics, communication skills and how to deliver excellent customer service.
