PM Stresses Quality Health Care for Grenadians
Prime Minister, the Right Honorable Dr Keith Mitchell, is calling on all healthcare workers across the country to focus their attention on providing the highest quality of service to patients in their care.
The Prime Minister made these remarks at the sod turning ceremony for the proposed, new clinic in Gouyave. He reiterated that while having a clinic is a good thing, it is not the only factor necessary for the provision of good health to the general public.
Therefore he is urging health care professionals to do their best as they perform their duties.
The facility should take eighteen months to complete and is being funded by the European Union at a cost of EC$7.4 million. It will serve residents of both St. John’s and St. Mark’s.
