New Aircrafts Coming For Caribbean Airlines
Chairman of Caribbean Airlines Ltd., Shameer Ronnie Mohammed at a recent function in Port of Spain has revealed that the carrier will be adding to its fleet in the New Year.
The additions are on schedule for the fourth quarter of 2019 where the premiere Caribbean carrier will be acquiring 12 Boeing 737 MAX.
Also announced at the event will be a new mobile app for the airline which will be launched within the first quarter of next year. Details however was not forthcoming.
The year 2018 has seen some key developments for the airline, including adding a new route to Havana, Cuba and partnership with Chinese carrier Hainan Airlines, allowing for trips between China and CAL destinations to be bought on a single ticket.
