No Place To Call Home
The government has been forced to break the rules set for the market as they seek to negotiate the vending dilemma.
Vendors who sell spices, vegetables and the like are forced to bargain with those who trade in clothes and other general items, in the square designated for fruits and vegetables.
A petition, for better conditions and accommodations at the market, has already been filed with over 400 signatures.
Michael Baptiste, the Vendor Spokesman, said that the latest information received was that some tents had been ordered and galvanize-covered booths would be modified to fit the vendors.
