Minaj to assist Trinidad flood relief efforts
Nicki Minaj, Trinidadian born, but US-based rapper, has stretched forth her hand to help her fellow nationals after the devastating floods.
Minaj says that she is working along with another artiste, local soca star Fay-Ann Lyons Alvarez, to accumulate the resources necessary for her goal in getting financial assistance to those most adversely affected.
The rapper, whose real name is Onika Maraj and who was born in the parish of St. James in the country, said that those who will receive assistance will soon be contacted.
She expressed her satisfaction that so many Trinidadians are joining together to lend a helping hand to the worst affected areas across the country.
