Limo Operator Charged
The Limo operator, whose Limo was involved in the deadly weekend crash in upstate New York on the weekend, has been arrested and charged.
Nauman Hussain, son of Shahed Hussain, operator of Prestige Limousine, was charged with negligent homicide after investigations revealed major concerns about prior violations.
The deceased driver of the limo, Nauman Hussain, was deemed unfit to drive that particular type of vehicle. He was hired by Nauman Hussain.
Mr Hussain had also repeatedly ignored orders from the transportation department that the limousine “should not have been on the road,’’.
